Description

WITH VISA FACILITY AT THE DOOR

WITH LIDL AND JUMBO DIFFERENCE...
We set off to explore Lesbos Island, the 3rd largest island of Greece after Crete and Evia. We both see these historical values and enjoy the natural beauties of Lesbos, which has also hosted famous poets who stand out with their mythological stories and deep-rooted history. In addition, the appetising flavours of the island, especially in terms of seafood, are just for your taste... Unlike other semi-arid Aegean islands, a 3-day pleasant holiday awaits you in Lesbos, which is also known as the ‘Emerald Island’ due to its dense forests.

We take an introductory walk in the city centre and the old Ottoman Bazaar with a guide. We start our visits with Ermou Street, the longest street of the island parallel to the harbour, and Sappho Square, built in memory of the famous poet Sappho, who was born on the island. On the island, which was under Ottoman rule for approximately 450 years, we see the First Ottoman Bank, the New Mosque and the Turkish bath, which are buildings from the Ottoman period, accompanied by our guide and get information. After visiting the Metropol Church, another important building in the centre, we give you free time for lunch and shopping. Then we move to Agiasos mountain village, one of the most traditional villages of the island. We visit the charming bazaar exhibiting the original wood-carved furniture, ceramics and lace works of the village and visit the famous Church of the Virgin Mary.
